Shipping Times

Delivery takes approximately 4-12 business days for USA & European Orders. Delivery to the rest of the world can take 4-21 business days.

Tracking Numbers

All items are dispatched with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be provided to you by email within a few days of dispatch, and you can track the shipping status of your order on our website Here

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. This typically takes around 1-3 business days.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, email us at support@meldura.com, and we'll look into it.

Customs and Taxes

Customs, import taxes, tariffs, and item seizures are the sole responsibility of customers. We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax due in the destination country.

Unclaimed Orders

Meldura is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficiently provided address. Please ensure you check your address and contact details on your order confirmation email carefully and contact us immediately if you find an error at support@meldura.com
